FACT Sponsors Capitol Cook-off Team
FACT was a proud sponsor of the Sine Die Smokers BBQ Team whose team is composed of 70 members from inside and around the Capitol. This will be their seventh year to participate Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo BBQ cook-off. The purpose of the cook-off is to raise money for the Star of Texas Scholarship program, which provides college scholarships to deserving Central Texas graduating high school seniors.
TALCB Iniatiates Review of Rules
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) have announced a formal review of all agency rules in 2010.

TALCB Increase Communication Center Hours
The public and our regulated communities are now able to access assistance from TREC and TALCB staff between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. every day - 2 more hours than were previously available.
